Membership

The Clark Lake Yacht Club is a private sailing and social club with membership open to the public.  Our members come from the greater Jackson, Lansing, and Ann Arbor areas and share a love of sailing and socializing. Our facilities include: a lakefront clubhouse with meeting room, porch, deck and kitchen; a bath house with bathrooms and changing rooms; and outdoor facilities with a large lawn, barbeque pit, picnic and swimming areas, dock space for 110 boats, and a swimming raft. The clubhouse includes two 3 bedroom apartments available for members weekly summer rental.

Our racing fleets consist of member owned Rebels, Interlakes, Lasers, and Sunfish and Buccaneers.

Dues include use of club boats and use of the facilities. We are a "working membership". In order to keep costs down, each family contributes 8 hours a year (or $80) to help with upkeep of the building and grounds and by helping out at one of our social events.
