Sailboat Racing 2023

The Clark Lake Yacht Club hosts open races on Sundays from Memorial Day through Labor Day with an end of season Regatta in mid-September. Weather and conditions permitting. 

It also supports Hobie Fleet 58 Races on Thursday nights in July.

Why CLYC Legacy Learn2Sail Classes?

  • Experience the CLYC legacy: We are a fun, welcoming and skilled club that loves sailing on Clark Lake and sharing our skills!

  • Experienced instructors and mentors.

  • No prior boating or sailing experience required.

  • Our program includes:

  • Students develop skills through hands-on experience.  Skills include setup, launch, capsize, set sails, steering, change direction, docking, and disassembly​

  • 2023 Classes and more information flyer

Fees

  • Supplies & Material fees:

    • $0 CLYC Members (+1 workbook/family)

    • $40 for 1 person

    • $75 for 2 people from the same family

    • $100 for more than 2 people from the same family

    • $0 for Local School Student
